Annual General Meeting
The shareholders participate in the control and management of the Company through actions taken at General Meetings of shareholders.
Typically, General Meetings of shareholders are convened upon notice given by the Board of Directors. In addition, General Meetings of shareholders must be held when so requested in writing by an auditor of the Company or by shareholders representing at least one-tenth of all the outstanding shares of the Company.
The Annual General Meeting discusses matters in accordance with the Companies Act and the company's Articles of Association.
