Governance

In accordance with the Companies Act and the company's Articles of Association, responsibility for the company's supervision and administration is divided between the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors and the CEO.

In its administration, Digital Workforce applies the Finnish Companies Act and, after the Listing, also the First North Rules. Digital Workforce does not follow the Corporate Governance Code for Finnish listed companies issued by the Finnish Securities Market Association. However, in its operations, Digital Workforce aims to adhere to the principles of the Corporate Governance Code, in proportion to company’s size. In addition, the Digital Workforce’s operations are governed by the Articles of Association.
