Dividend and dividend policy

The General Meeting will resolve on the distribution of dividends based on the proposal of the Company’s Board of Directors. If dividend is distributed, it is usually distributed once per financial year.

Dividend policy

The Board of Directors of Digital Workforce Services Plc has decided on the company's dividend policy. In the future, the company aims to pay a dividend of at least 30% of the profit for the financial year.
