Jukka has extensive experience in software project and service development with IT companies such as Digital, Fujitsu, and Capgemini. At Basware, Jukka was responsible for Nordic accounts and was head of international sales. Before creating Digital Workforce Jukka was a management consultant.
Heikki is a recognised leader in service design and productisation at the conceptual level. At Fujitsu, Heikki was one of the key creators of Fujitsu’s InfraCare IT brand. In his previous positions at Itella and Opus Capita, Heikki has seen the benefits of change management.
As a first-time entrepreneur Mika’s background in consulting and extensive international experience from senior leadership positions in IBM and Mehiläinen give him a unique perspective in transforming business through technology and innovation.
Country Manager, Sweden
Kenneth has over 10 years of experience in leadership roles working on process development and automation of administrative processes. His understanding and knowledge of the market for IT and systems support for these processes is deep and extensive. Previously, he worked as Country and Sales Director at Basware AB.
Country Manager, Denmark
Tony oversees our Danish team of Consultants and IPA Specialists. He has years of experience in a mix of startups and mature international companies. He joined Digital Workforce after nearly ten years at IBM.
Country Manager, Norway
As Country Manager, Odd-Henrik Hansen is responsible for Digital Workforce operations in Norway. He is leading the team of IPA consultants and is taking responsibility for customers in the Norwegian marketplace. Odd-Henrik has extensive experience from the mix of startups and large companies (Tieto/Software Innovation, EVRY, Microsoft, Oracle and NICE AS).

Country Manager, Poland
Kinga is the Polish Manager of Digital Workforce supporting clients with a multitude of digital employees. Kinga has over 10 years of professional experience in the finance sector, from Commerzbank, Ceri International, Nordea Operations Centre, and Getin Holding.
Head of Continuous Services
Tuomo has more than 10 years in both IT and business operations management. He has an extensive knowledge of the RPA domain, as he was responsible for setting up Nordea’s global RPA concept before joining Digital Workforce. As the Head of Continuous Services, Tuomo is responsible for 24/7 services - the Robot as a Service Cloud and Run Management.
Sanna is an experienced finance professional with over 20 years experience in international business. She has had several lead finance and business control positions, as well as being a transaction consultant at Finnair, Posti-Group, SOK Corporation, and Ernst & Young.
Kristiina is leading Digital Workforce’s marketing and communications efforts designed to help the company accelerate its strong growth and build its leadership position in Intelligent Process Automation services. She has more than 10 years' experience in senior marketing positions at tech companies and start-ups.

Karli is leading the Implementation Service business at Digital Workforce. By managing the international teams across all offices, Karli is enabling the IPA experts to free our customers time for more valuable work. He has a background in consulting and a passion for customer success in their business.
As the CTO, Gaurav Khullar is responsible for technology strategy and related development within Digital Workforce. Also, he is responsible for strategic collaboration with partners and customers to drive value generation by intelligent automation. Gaurav Khullar has an extensive experience in AI, ML and intelligent automation from a mix of startups and large companies (Accenture, Microsoft, Nokia, etc).

Teemu is responsible leading a team of AI professionals and experienced business consultants from different industries to deliver business value to our customers. Teemu is a professional with long demonstrated track record from combining business, IT, automation and data skills in to the practice. Teemu’s skills are ideally suited to bridge business with new emerging technologies such as robotic process automation and artificial intelligence. Previously, Teemu has been responsible for leading audit technology and analytics at PwC Finland risk assurance services. Teemu has also been leading the robotic process automation practice at PwC Finland risk assurance services.
