The Finnish Defence Forces sign a RPA service agreement with Digital Workforce Services Plc valued at 950.000 euros

The Finnish Defence Forces have signed a significant 2-year Robotic Process Automation (RPA) service agreement with Digital Workforce Services Plc. The agreement covers widely Digital Workforce’s RPA services. The estimated value of the contract is 950.000 euros over the contract period.

The Finnish Defence Forces continually work towards automating service production processes and operations, where many tasks involve manual and repetitive work performed on IT systems. RPA can significantly enhance performance in these tasks, free up resources for more valuable work, and improve customer service. RPA services are already widely used across different areas, and the goal is to expand the use. The digitalization of the Defence Forces emphasizes ensuring the security and operational reliability of solutions under all circumstances.

Digital Workforce has been the RPA service partner of the Finnish Defense Forces since 2017.
