Digital Workforce will deliver professional services to support the company in analyzing business processes and developing process automations. The customer is one of the largest utilities companies in the United States, with more than 9 million customers and more than 25,000 employees.

The services contain the discovery and delivery of automation solutions to accelerate business value gained.
