boost.ai has served regulated markets since 2016
The premium experience stops where the work begins
Your customer gets an answer in seconds. Then they wait. A person still has to open three systems and finish the case. At peak and after hours, that wait gets longer. Growth adds contacts faster than you can add people.
Deflection goes up while the cost of each resolved request stays flat. You automated the conversation. You did not automate the work.

The conversational AI platform is the core of customer service automation
boost.ai is a platform for building AI agents without writing code. It covers voice and messaging, and combines generative AI with rule-based control.
Digital Workforce provides customer service automation: an end-to-end service that runs on a dozen technologies. These include speech services, a cloud platform, integration middleware, process orchestration, document processing, and robots on the systems that have no API.
Regulated buyers want fewer parties to answer for. In banking, DORA makes that explicit. They want to manage third-party risk as a core component of their operational resilience framework.
This is why Digital Workforce sells an operated service. We design it, build it, and then run it for you. The conversational AI services run on boost.ai.

Provable controls and local language

You control what the AI says, and you can prove it
Define what the AI is allowed to say, and show afterwards what it said and what it did. boost.ai serves banks, insurers and telecom operators. It also serves health and care services, and the public sector. These buyers must be able to show what the AI did, and on what basis. Built-in tests check every change before release, and the results are kept for audit.

The platform must work in your local language
Your customers write in their own language. boost.ai began in Norway, serving a Norwegian bank. Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish have been core languages since then.

You decide where generative AI is allowed
Generative AI is changing customer service. Where you allow it is your decision, topic by topic. Where the wording must be exact, the AI agent gives a fixed answer you have approved. Elsewhere, generative AI handles the conversation inside guardrails you set.

It all begins with answering the customer
Your customer wants the request completed. Many conversational AI projects stall on quality and governance. Integrators often stop at handing over a platform, a licence and a training course. Here, boost.ai takes the first contact under regulated-industry guardrails. Everything after that is ours, and whatever does not finish is ours to fix inside the fee.
We redesign the process first. Then we connect the conversation to your back office, by API, or by intelligent automation where a system has no API. The AI agent reads and writes your systems while the conversation is still open.
One SLA covers the entire service. We have done this work since 2015, for more than 200 large customers and more than 5,000 automated processes.
The same AI agents serve every channel
The platform reads what a customer means, in text and in speech, in every Nordic language, English and many others. The same AI agents serve every channel: chat, the phone, your app and Teams.
boost.ai also handles the hard parts. It reads the language of the first message. It catches two requests in one sentence. It asks a clarifying question. It passes the customer to an advisor, with the summary and transcript attached.

Both parts of the service are certified

How it is built
Each customer gets a single-tenant environment. Data is encrypted in transfer and at rest. Two-factor authentication, single sign-on, IP allowlists and role segregation are standard. You can mask or anonymise data. The platform runs on AWS.
Your data
Access to logs is role based, and you define the roles. The vendor publishes a trust centre, and we show your security team where to find it.
Certifications
Certifications across the service: ISO/IEC 27001 for information security, ISO/IEC 27701 for privacy and ISO/IEC 20000-1 for service management.
WCAG 2.2 AAA, independently audited
Most tenders ask for WCAG 2.1 at AA. An external Web Accessibility Specialist audited the chat panel and deemed it WCAG 2.2 AAA compliant in April 2022. Conformance depends on the settings. When we style the panel for you, we keep it compliant.
Every Nordic language, from the start
Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Finnish have been core languages since the company started. Finnish is the hardest. Word endings change with grammar, and words join into long compounds that no keyword list can match. AI agents cover all four languages, and so do voice AI agents.
The team that has run these services for years is now part of Digital Workforce
In July 2026, Digital Workforce acquired Front AI Oy's customer service AI agent business. Front AI has built conversational services on boost.ai for years.
The people who run these services today ran them before. Same platform.
What changed is what sits behind the conversation. There is now a decade of operated back-office automation. There is ISO-certified service management. There is a team that handles a request from start to finish.
Your needs can point to additional platforms
Digital Workforce has worked with a set of technologies long before this partnership. Intelligent automation, process orchestration and agentic AI run on technology from other vendors. Some run on technology we own.
For customer service conversations, boost.ai is our choice.

What this means when you sign
- You sign one service agreement with us
- Platform fees sit inside our service fees
- Making further changes to the platforms underneath the service is our project to run.
Start a new kind of conversation with Digital Workforce
Business leaders, customer service directors and the people who govern AI all have questions. How do you give customers a better experience? How do you connect your channels? How do you use Voice AI and AI agents to help your customer service team do more? We will go through them with you.
Let's start with a sixty-minute conversation. You learn where the industry is going, and what the best steps are to meet the challenges in front of you. You also learn which way to go with the platform and the services.
