Security and Certifications
As proof of our strong security practices, Digital Workforce was awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification in 2023. Our IT service management system is also certified under ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018, with the certification renewed in 2024. Both certification frameworks are regularly audited to ensure ongoing operational quality. In addition to internal audits, an external ISO audit is conducted annually.
