Chris Sleight is an experienced NHS diagnostics and transformation leader whose career spans almost four decades. Chris led the Greater Manchester Diagnostic Networks, overseeing the development of collaborative imaging and pathology services across the system. His responsibilities included digital diagnostics programmes, the Community Diagnostic Centre programme and major initiatives involving laboratory information systems, enterprise imaging, digital pathology and the developing use of artificial intelligence. Chris brings a valuable combination of frontline diagnostic experience and system-level leadership. His particular interests include using technology to improve patient outcomes, developing sustainable diagnostic services and addressing inequalities in access to care.
