The City of Espoo selects Digital Workforce as its RPA development partner
The City of Espoo, a leader in digitalisation, and Digital Workforce have signed a service agreement to deliver software robotics.
Digital Workforce will provide the City of Espoo a software robotics (RPA) service package that includes both the RPA solution as well as training, support, maintenance, and expert services. Through this cooperation agreement, Digital Workforce will be the City of Espoo’s primary RPA development partner to streamline and automate different processes across the City of Espoo’s various industries.
“This partnership will take our multi-year cooperation to a whole new level. We are excited about the new opportunities for business development in all of the City of Espoo’s different industries,” says Timo Maisila of Digital Workforce.
“Our broader partnership with Digital Workforce has had a great start, and several RPA processes are already in production. We see that software robotics can offer a lot of potential for the city”, says Maarit Waskilampi-Kuikka, Chief Information Officer form the City of Espoo.
