With his strength laying in his unique understanding and first-hand experience in implementing strategic RPA capabilities across organizations and industries, Richard is well-established for his new role as Senior Advisor and Intelligent Automation (IA) Specialist at Digital Workforce.
Richard’s previous responsibilities include delivering strategic RPA capabilities across multiple customers and industries worldwide, working at Blue Prism, and leading critical initiatives covering the full project management life-cycle at major Banking Organizations.
Richard’s expertise in the implementation of Blue Prism Robotic Automation technology and methodology is renowned around the globe. He is an effective communicator who quickly builds trusted and strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior management, colleagues, and colleagues, and trusted partners across multiple clients is highly acknowledged worldwide.
