Digital Workforce Trainee Program 2022
We are happy to announce that our first DWF Trainee Program has kicked off now at the beginning of February and our fantastic group of 6 enthusiastic trainees are here!
Lasting until the end of summer, this program is aimed at young talent eager to kick-start their career with us and learn more about the exciting intelligent automation journey we are on with our customers.
As a trainee at DWF, each young talent gets to:
- Grow their technical competence within RPA and
- Learn how Intelligent Automation solutions are improving the daily work among our clients in various industries.
- And being part of a global growth company, each trainee also gets to work together with international colleagues globally and learn more about project, consultancy and customer work.
We are thrilled to support this young group in their first steps career-wise and support their personal growth and professional networking.

The training program has been initiated with Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
