Digital Workforce Services delivers robotic process automation to Keva
Digital Workforce was selected in a public procurement procedure to deliver a robotic process automation solution for Keva (formerly Municipal Pension Insurance). As part of the solution, the robotic process automation solutions in production will be moved from the current environment used by Keva to Digital Workforce’s cloud service. The service includes solution maintenance, management and support services. In addition, Digital Workforce offers professional services to Keva. The implementation of the service will start in August 2022.
Keva is Finland’s largest pension insurer, which takes care of the pension issues of the municipal sector, the state, the church, Kela personnel, the Bank of Finland and the new welfare areas. Keva serves a total of 1.3 million public sector employees and pensioners.
