Digital Workforce partners with open source RPA technology company Robocorp

Press Release – 13 December, 2022 08:00 am EET

Digital Workforce Services Plc, a leading intelligent automation services company, and open source RPA technology company Robocorp have signed a partnership agreement. Digital Workforce will incorporate Robocorp’s Gen2 RPA technology into its multi-technology service offering.

“Digital Workforce is a technology-agnostic intelligent automation services company, and we work with market leading automation technologies. As our customers’ needs and business objectives vary widely, we select the best technology combination for each situation, packaged in an easy-to-purchase service,” says Mika Vainio-Mattila, CEO of Digital Workforce.

The automation landscape is changing. Commercial RPA technologies are now working alongside open-source RPA technologies, the cutting edge of which Robocorp represents with its new generation Gen2 RPA platform. Robocorp’s technology can provide significant TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) savings, scalability, and improve productivity. At the same time, organisations are genuinely awakening to the potential of automation to enhance competitiveness and create a strategic advantage in business processes.

“Robocorp has pioneered the development of an open-source RPA platform. We have followed them closely since their establishment and have seen how the technology has matured to meet even the most demanding customer needs. We both come from a Finnish background and have a common desire to deliver measurable results to our customers through automation faster, more efficiently and smarter. We are thrilled about this partnership and the opportunities our future cooperation will open up for our customers”, continues Mika Vainio-Mattila.

“Digital Workforce is a pioneer in the intelligent automation market globally and was the first to introduce, among other things, a multi-technology cloud and maintenance service for RPA with usage-based pricing. They have a long experience, a talented team of experts and the best methods and practices on the market for the deployment and development of intelligent automation. They are just the right partner for us, and we are delighted to be partnering with them”, says Antti Karjalainen, CEO and co-founder of Robocorp.

Robocorp is essential to Digital Workforce Outsmart, a holistic business automation solution. Outsmart enables organisations to develop workflows for long running, cross-functional business processes by integrating people and technologies (RPA, intelligent document processing, machine learning, conversational AI and integrations) into a manageable whole.
