Coronavirus (COVID-19) update 

With the current outbreak of COVID-19 and its impact on our global networks, customers, employees and families, we would like to share our update and latest developments regarding Business Continuity and Health, Safety and Security.

Our Commitment to Customers and Business Continuity

As a leading provider of intelligent automation services, we partner with over 140 clients globally, providing a secure and trusted platform to power mission-critical robots, along with the 24/7 maintenance service and RPA consulting & implementation services. Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, we will continue to deliver a consistent level of service excellence to our customers and our services will not be compromised.

We have the following updates to share regarding our services and ensuring customer success:

1. Availability of our Platform

Our Robot as a Service is an automated RPA cloud platform. We have guaranteed workload and high availability for hundreds of robots operating in Robot as a Service platform by utilizing automation and distributed system management teams in multiple locations.

For our external service providers, such as cloud infrastructure vendors, we partner with only the most sophisticated, enterprise-grade, global organizations with proven continuity measures in place.

Robot as a Service supports customers to quickly develop and deploy a new production robot even on the same day with no upfront investments or implementation fees. The service capacity is designed to rapidly scale up responding to the customer demand.

2. Availability of our 24/7 Maintenance Services

Our managed Run Management maintenance service supports, monitors and ensures that all your automated processes are up and running. It utilises automated recovery systems to ensure that your automated and business-critical processes can run smoothly, both in normal and exceptional circumstances.

3. Availability of our Global RPA Solutions Consultant and other Teams

As many other employers, we have also advised all our employees to work remotely to help slow the spread of COVID-19. When joining Digital Workforce all our employees are equipped to seamlessly connect with our colleagues and clients in a secure and productive environment. We have the ability to quickly transfer also our onsite consultants working currently at customer premises to remote working mode according to client policies.

Our Account Managers are fully prepared to assist customers with the same service level and accessibility as if they were in the office.

Our commitment to health, safety and security

Digital Workforce management team monitors the current situation and follows all national plans issued by the governments and/or national health authorities. We will implement all necessary measures in all our organisations to comply with the country specific plans issued to limit or stop the spread of the Corona virus.

For the time being we have banned all business travels and advised all employees to work remotely.
