Lou Bachenheimer

Lou Bachenheimer, PhD is the CTO of Americas at SS&C Blue Prism, where automation and transformation has become a passion. Before joining Blue Prism, Lou was a Senior Client Technical Specialist for IBM Watson and Cloud Platform where he was distinguished as an IBM Recognized Speaker. Lou earned his PhD in computational nanotechnology from the University of Connecticut and has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in robotics and mechanical engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys playing Warhammer 40k and reading Brandon Sanderson. Dr. Lou Bachenheimer lives in Connecticut with his wife Kelley and their daughter Leyna.

Karli Kalpala

Karli (MS, Industrial Engineering and Management), is the Head of Business Service & Design unit at Digital Workforce and a member of the management team. His team ensures that Digital Workforce has a unique positioning on the market, and the services have a clear value proposition, including the right messaging to attract attention on the market. Karli has a background in consulting and a passion for customer success in their business.

Kirk Hunter

Kirk Hunter is the Lead Analyst for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team at Southern Company. A futurist and graduate of the University of Miami with certifications in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, SCRUM & Blue Prism with a proprietary blend of creativity, intelligence and decisiveness.  Award winning public speaker (Toastmaster DTM), author and thought leader with extensive experience in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, eCommerce, Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Media.  Kirk has a passion for providing financial education and empowerment to underserved communities, receiving the 2022 Distinguished Educator of Personal Finance Award.
