Mikko has a special interest in developing and executing strategies for the financial sector to be fit for the future.

Karli Kalpala

Karli stands among the most senior experts in strategic business process automation within the Nordics, having worked in the industry since its inception. Today, Karli holds the Head of Strategic Transformation position at Digital Workforce. His work includes supporting some of Europe's largest banks and financial services organizations in optimizing strategic business operations and building comprehensive solutions spanning the customer journey.

Roland Adolfsson

Roland is a senior international business director with 20 years of experience in the Software industry. Roland joined Blue Prism in 2019 heading up the Nordic Business, with expertise in banking, insurance, and financial services. Roland supports some of the largest banks in the Nordic region with intelligent solutions to deliver against strategic business goals.

Erik Åkesson

With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Erik is a Senior Business Advisor at BearingPoint. He leverages his extensive expertise in risk management, foreign exchange, and fintech to help banks navigate complex and dynamic markets, optimize their business processes, and achieve strategic goals.

John Sjöström

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, John is Head of Strategy and Architecture at Ålandsbanken. After 15 years in various positions at Crosskey Banking Solutions, leading development of IT-systems for the financial sector, John is now setting the frameworks and strategies for the future of IT for Ålandsbanken and its partners.

Sofia Dahbo

Sofia is the Head of Process Management and Automation at Swedbank. With two decades of experience in banking, she has been dedicated to advancing process automation within the group since 2020. Using Intelligent Automation and related technologies, she aims to enhance process efficiency and meet business goals. Her current focus involves establishing a framework around BPM and BPA solutions to reinforce the bank’s process management and automation capabilities.
